Mods are projected to be shipped within 12 weeks of the construction deposit. This time frame is possible because the bones of each and every Mod stay the same. As much as we would love to let you customize to your hearts content; wall locations, cabinet locations, the placement of fixtures, and mechanical systems in our R-Series are unable to be altered. This ensures efficiency, quality, and speed in the manufacturing process. Our C-Series have more flexible due to the nature of commercial projects.
